This is a picture for a user on Res by the name of ShaoxBaby23. It wasn't supposed to have a background, but I got very carried away and decided it was a good excuse to make some proper Pokemon fanart.
Bagon is using Zen Headbutt, and Growlithe is using Heat Wave, though it came out looking a lot more like some fire move.
