Arthos

My new character Arthos, from the Custom Oreon adoptable made for me by ~Neon-RoseBuds at #Mimic-Adoptables. I just added a few more stripes C;

He's a "Moon God" of sorts, controlling the waxing and waning of the moon. Here he is making a fuss in the desert.
